Our pricing

As you have noticed the cost of EVERYTHING has been increasing. We HAVE NOT increased our wax prices at all even though our cost has gone up by about 15% - 20%. We have not increased our pricing to you at this point. We have absorbed the increase. We hope we do NOT need to increase pricing but can's guarantee that in the future.
Our commitment to you is that we will ALWAYS try to keep our pricing as low as possible so you can keep your pricing as consistent as possible.

Why was I charged more for shipping than your $7.95 flat rate cost?

On most orders our $7.96 flat rate shipping will be in effect.
If you order our wax sample pack a base shipping charge of $9.95 will be applied in place of our $6.95 flat rate charge.
If you order our sample pack and additional products you will be charged the sample pack shipping rate in addition to the flat rate. The reason for this is our sample pack is a "Stand Alone" order designed for salons and home users to try our wax prior to purchasing in bulk.
Due to consistent pricing increases we sometimes have to increase shipping charges to offset the increases
