Returns Policy

• Based on the type of products we sell, we normally do not offer returns.
• If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us.  We will see what we can do based on your request.
• If you are unsure if our waxes will work for you we recommend you order our sample pack.  It is at a reduced cost so you can tru our products.  If you choose to order after you tried our samples you will be refunded the sample pack price on your first bulk order.  Thank you.

Dented Cans

• From time to time cans get dented during shipping.  This is beyond our control.  99% of the time is does not impact the wax function at all.  If a can gets dented beyond usability please us know.

When Will My Order Ship?

• We are located in Pennsylvania.  This means we are in the eastern time zone.
• Orders are normally shipped the same day if received before 12:00 pm EST
• Orders received after 12:00 pm will normally ship the next business day.
• Orders received after 12:00 pm on a Friday will normally ship the following Monday.
• You will always receive notification when your is moving through our system.
• You will always receive notification when you order ships including tracking information.
• Sometimes your order will ship in multiple boxes so please check your shipping notification email.

 Where is my order?

• When you order ships you will receive tracking information automatically from our system.
• If you need to track your order we HIGHLY recommend you check the tracking information provided.  That will be your quickest way. 
• If you contact us regarding tracking information we will be glad to help but it will take much longer than you checking the shipper yourself.

Basic Shipping Information

• We can ship to virtually any address in the world although it can be very expensive to ship outside the United States.
• Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
• If you wish to order and you are located outside the United States please send us a message with details on what you wish to order and your complete address.  We can provide you with an estimated shipping cost.
